-         All student athletes pay an athletic fee of $100.00. This helps offset the cost of officials, uniform replacement, etc. The fee is due before the first game; players can not play in a game until it is turned in.

-         All student athletes must have a doctor’s physical. Athletes cannot can not play in a game until a doctor's physical is on file in the ECS Athletic Department.

IMPORTANT FACTS

-         All practice times will be posted on our school web site www.ecsflames.org

-         Pre-season practice is crucial in order for our coaches to prepare competitive teams. The coaches have committed to be there, so should the players.

-         Student athletes need to increase water and caloric intake during pre-season.

-         Your student athlete needs to regulate their sleep during pre-season.
